Among Florida’s largest metro areas, Miami takes the lead when it comes to top salaries for HR specialists and assistants, in many cases. For example, labor relations specialists in Miami earn a median salary of $66,290, while in the Orlando metro area, the median salary is just $49,340, and in the Tampa metro area, it’s $61,830.
